Endless

About the Game

Endless (working title) is my first group project outside of university.  This game uses a morphing mechanic to switch between play styles. With a mixture of endless running and action platforming, players will follow a creature attempting to reach the Tree of Life before the poisonious vines completely devour the Tree. In certain points of each level the player will be given the choice to morph into a nimble and agile creature to avoid combat, or morph into a beast and run head first into action.

 

My Role: Programmer, Games Designer.

Program I'm Using: Unity.

Planned Features

  • Hybrid genre gameplay.

  • Simple yet deep combat.

  • Lite Stealth play.

  • Story mode.

  • An Endless Runner mode (no ability to morph).

 

Extra Features

  • Combat Training and Agility Training modes.

  • Possibly a third morph option.
